  Log into your account portal and select your recent order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of delivery.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the radio, antennas, and charging accessories in their original packaging to ensure the electronics remain protected during transit.

  Ship to Our Tech Hub

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location for tracked delivery to our warehouse.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
